Just had the most amazing and life-giving weekend @windy_gap for a @younglife reunion with tons of friends. We stayed after with some other families for a couple of nights (12 adults and 17 kids! 😮), stayed up too late, laughed hard, talked about life and kids and searched high and low for missing toys. The legacy of faith represented on this trip took my breath away. And thinking about how my kids get to grow up with this extended family brings me to tears. Jesus used @younglife to change my life, change my husband’s life, and to lead us to where we are today. I am so grateful.

The sermon yesterday was SO GOOD. These were some of my notes. We talked a lot about what the pattern of the world is, and how we slide into it. I loved this progression because it made it easy to see how our thought patterns can subtly fall prey to the mindset of the world rather than fighting for a Kingdom mindset. We were encouraged to read Romans this week as a reminder of the life we are called to. What was your sermon about yesterday? Would love to hear!!
