I’m over @herviewfromhome talking about #anxiety today. It is kind of the worst, and sometimes Christians don’t quite know how to handle the topic. This article isn’t meant to give therapeutic or theological advice; it’s simply meant to let you know that you aren’t alone if this is your struggle, and you aren’t a failure. Link in bio!
I had the most ridiculous encounter with my own pride today and I’m sharing about it on the blog! Link in bio!
I’ve shared this beautiful illustration from @letterseed before but the idea has been on my mind again lately. God never promised us easy, and in fact he owes us literally nothing, yet gave us EVERYTHING. Life this side of heaven is hard. Sometimes it even FEELS unfair. If we don’t have deep roots when the storm hits, we’re going to have a lot more trouble than we otherwise would. Let’s be in the Word; let’s know our Savior intimately.
I always leave @mops_international with a full and joyful heart, and today I left with these beauties as well! Our table laughs ridiculously hard, shares tough things, and is blessed with a mentor mom who has an enormous amount of wisdom, warmth, and grace to share. What or who brought you joy today? Share with us in the comments! 👇🏼
Happiest of birthdays to this friend-turned-family! So grateful for you! Go show her some love on her hand lettering account, @letterseed !! . . . . . . . #happybirthday #family #friends #hogwarts #hisgracegirls #christiancreative #tbt
#sermonnotesunday Today’s sermon was particularly challenging to me. It boiled down to the fact that there are no shortcuts; we have to spend time with Jesus in order to have deep roots. . . . . . . #hisgracegirls #vistacommunitychurch #christianblogger #intheword #womenintheword #wisdom
